A fifteen-member executive body of Rajshahi University (RU) Kendrio Sanskritik Jote, a cultural alliance on the campus, has been formed with Abdul Mazid Antor (Islamic History and Culture department) as president and Akash Kumar (History department) as general secretary.
The committee was declared recently at its annual general meeting and council said a press release.
The others office bearers are— vice presidents Rokonuzzaman Rokon, Jakirul Islam, Touhidul Islam Tuhin and Snigdha Rani Chowdhury, assistant secretary Antar Ali, organistion secretary Sohel Rana Hiro, treasurer Mir Al-Amin, office secretary Anuruddho Roy, public relation affairs secretary Masudur Rahman, Publication and printing secretary Shawpan Kumar Ray and executive members Tomalika Bishaws, Mithu Bishaws and Ansarul Alam.
The newly made committee vowed to maintain the continuity of the cultural activities on the campus for ensuring the religious harmony.
