The admission test of Rajshahi University (RU) for the first year honours courses under the 2015-2015 academic session begins today. The test will be continued till November 12. This year, a total of 1,60,682 admission seekers will fight against 4,168 seats under nine units. Admission tests for A and B unit will be held today.
To prevent questions leakage and forger in the test this year, the university authorities have taken precautionary measures.
Contacted, RU Proctor Prof Tarikul Hasan said, stern action would be taken against those found guilty of forgery in the test.
“Mobile court will move on campus to take immediate action against the culprits”, he also said.
No calculator, electronic devices and memory attached watch are allowed in the exam hall adding he said the admission seekers have to keep unveil their ear.
The law enforcement agencies were given necessary instructions to stay alert on campus to avert any untoward situation for the sake of holding the test in a free and fair way, Proctor continued.
