Private satellite channel RTV marked the Victory Day. On the occasion of golden jubilee of the independence of Bangladesh and Bangabandhu’s birth centenary, the programme was inaugurated at 3:00pm on the amphitheatre of Hatirjheel on December 15.
Artistes of Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra rendered the National Anthem in chorus. Band groups Joler Gaan, Different Touch, Chirkutt, Krishnopokkho, singers Sojol, Mehrab and Yousuf rendered songs in the programme. Shimul Mustafa and Shakila Matin Mridula hosted the show.
