Work on setting up RTPCR Lab has finally started to set up RTPCR lab at Chittagong Shah Amanat International Airport for corona testing of foreign passengers. A source in charge of the airport and health department said that the infrastructural work for setting up the lab has started from Saturday.
Once the infrastructural work of the lab is completed, four approved non-government organizations will install RTPCR machines there. And with the installation of RTPCR machines, many coronal tests for foreign passengers can be started at this airport. Earlier, on December 5, the Department of Health approved four non-government organizations for corona testing of foreign passengers at Chittagong Airport. Among the four approved labs, Chevron Clinical Laboratory Pvt. Limited.
