Education Ministry issued a circular asking all government and non-government colleges, equivalent madrasas, technical educational institutions and universities to form rover and ranger teams mandatorily.
The aforesaid educational institutions will have to form at least one rover team for male students and one ranger team for female students.
The circular said the rover would be run as per the rules of Bangladesh Scouts while the ranger as per rules of Guide.
Taka 20 should be realized from male and female students as rover scout fee and ranger fee respectively with session charge in the beginning of academic year, it said.
