A six-member delegation of Rotary International led by Tong How Heng David, Regional Rotary Coordinator of South Asia, today paid a courtesy call on Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique at his office.
Other team members were Thomas Aquinas, Mufid Wahyudi (Indonesia), Khushroo Dastur, Henry KH Tan and Joanne Kam (Singapore), said a press release.
District Governor of Rotary International Dhaka SAM Showket Hossain was present on the occasion.
They discussed different issues including the development of socioeconomic condition in South Asia.
They underscored the need for strengthening cultural relationship among different countries to establish peace and harmony in South Asia.
