Governor SAM Shawket Hossain said that Rotary played a major role for CSR activities through out the world. He mentioned this at the Officers’ Club in the city’s Baily Road on the occasion of Rotary International Anniversary. Former Governor Jalal U Ahmed, Magfur Uddin Ahmed, AKM Shamsuddin, Abdul Ahad and A K M Shamsul Huda, among others, spoke on this occasion. Fakir Alamgir, Rumana Islam, Ulka Hossain and Sherin Shila took part on the cultural programme.
