Rosey Selim is a talented actress of television drama in our country. Many viewers are impressed with her acting. Like other actors, she has keen interest to act in web series and films for OTT platform. In this regard, Rosey has requested the directors, “In fact, web series and films should be made to give priority to our culture, tradition and contexts of the country because through OTT platform viewers can easily watch our works from anywhere. While making web series and films there must have artistic representation. By this way, we can show respect to our culture,
heritage and traditional values. Upcoming generation will get the opportunity to know these. As actors, we have also responsibility to work carefully.”
Rosey Selim informed that for the first time she is going to act in Nazrul Islam Razu’s a web series for Zee5. Shooting of this web series will start soon. From today she will take part in shooting of Boishakhi TV’s ongoing serial Bou Shwashuri, directed by Akash Ranjan. From tomorrow to next few days she will take part in shooting of Mamunur Rashid directed serial Zindabahar for BTV. Later, she will also take part in the shooting of Animesh Aich’s Ekhane Keu Thakena for BTV. Its shooting is scheduled to be held in Dhaka and Modhupur of Tangail. Meanwhile, few days ago, Rosey also performed as model in a TV commercial of a bank under Syed Apon Ahsan’s direction. She will also work in sequel of this TVC. But its shooting date yet not fixed, Rosey also said.
