Celebrated TV actress Rosey Selim has become more engaged with acting in dramas and web contents one after another at present stage of her long time career. She has already completed shooting of upcoming Eid-ul-Azha’s drama titled Zero directed by Roman Runi. Director Runi informed that Rosey Selim acted outstandingly well in this drama. After completing shooting director Ruman Runi stated, “Rosey Apa is a big asset for our small industry.” It is learnt that when this type of remark comes from a director. When an actress gives her level best in acting and director realizes this thing, then this type of remark comes from that director about that actress.
Rosey Selim is a versatile actress which she has proved earlier in different times by virtue of her acting skill. But many people complained that Rosey’s talent did not use properly. On May 19, Rosey Selim acted and Nishan Mahmud directed web series Happy Birthday was released where the actress played role of Pinky’s mother (Safa Kabir’s mother). According to Rosey Selim, she is getting much appreciation everyday from all to act in that web series. For this reason, she is exalted now. As a result, her dedication and liking for working have been increased rather than previous times.
May 24 was birthday of Rosey Selim. To celebrate her birthday, Rosey along with her husband noted actor Shahiduzzaman Selim are now travelling in Chennai and Kolkata in India. While talking in this regard, Rosey Selim said, “After three years, we are travelling Kolkata and Chennai. Basically it is treating by Selim for me. We will stay in India for a week. In fact, many days I didn’t visit streets of Kolkata and also didn’t taste street foods there. I give special thanks to Selim to give me time in this regard because as an actor, Selim is busy with his works but he is giving me time. For this reason, I am delighted and also happy. When I get response from the viewers and my fans I really feel good because I give a lot of efforts for them to give them entertainment.”
Rosey also said that she starrer two movies – Poran, directed by Raihan Rafi, and Psycho, directed by Anonno Mamun, are waiting to get release dates.
