Role of journalists lauded by RSRM

Ratanpur Steel Re-rolling Mills Ltd of Chittagong organised a view exchange meeting at Chittagong Press Club VIP lounge on Thursday morning .
 President of Press Club Alhaj Ali Abbas presided over it while Director of RSRM Md. Mizanur Rahman graced it as chief guest.
 The Chief Guest in his brief deliverations said , every should have views of patriotism to the country and RSRM is working in different sector with the spirit of patriotism .
 The journalists must remind the spirit of patriotism . He hailed the media for extending cooperation to the industrial entrepreneurs . He said if the media remain with the rapid development of steel sector of the country, Bangladesh will very soon compete the development beside the marketing of India, Malaysia and Thailand. He also said the role of business community of the country is very appreciable in all out economic development of the country.
Industry, trade and economy are related each other and these three sector for economic development is essential , he added. He also urged the concerned authorities for easy availability of power and gas and hoped for cordial cooperation from the public sector for rapid industsrialisation of the country.
 He further said journalists and businessmen not belongs to any political party and they should work with cordial atmosphere jointly for the welfare of country and the people, otherwise country will not progress with desired goal. General Secretary of Press Club Mohsin Chowdhury, Managing Director of Prime Distribution Group Rashedul Alam Mamun delivered address of welcome on the occasion.
 Among others, President of CUJ Shahidul Alam, former secretary of Press Club Kalim Sarwar, Treasurer Shuklal Das, member Shamsul Hoque Haidery and Chowdhury Farid spoke in it.
 Office -bearers of Press Club and the CUJ , senior journalists of print and electronic medias were present on the occasion. President of Chittagong Press Club handed over crest of CPC to the chief guest. During the meet, Director of RSRM handed over a donation cheque for press club development to Treasurer Suklal Das. Press Club President felicitated the RSRM officials for visiting the Press Club and hoped for future cooperation from the management of the steel industry.
