National Film Award winner actress, play director, social worker and recently started politics Rokeya Prachy has started to make a TV serial again. She is now making the serial Apon Khobor. Matia Banu Shuku wrote story of the serial. Shooting of 16 episodes of the serial have already been done. After finishing shooting of its rest 10 episodes Prachy will submit it to Channel i to telecast.
While talking about the serial Rokeya Prachy told this correspondent, “If there is a good bondage among the family members and also there is a good relationship with each other any kind of problem can be solved easily. Everybody should know each other properly in a family. It is the main theme of the serial.”
Today is Rokeya Prachy’s birthday. Today she will be present as live show Alap on Boishakhi TV. She said, “I never celebrate my birthday in special way. Therefore, now country’s present situation is not well. So I want to avoid any unavoidable circumstances right now.”
Rokeya Prachy got the National Film Award for acting in Tanvir Mokammel’s Dukhai.
From September she will take part in shooting of Buddhadeb Dasgupta’s a movie. She is taking necessary preparation in this regard now because her role is challenging.
Meanwhile, Rokeya Prachy acted a serial titled Porompora has been finished to telecast on SA TV recently.
