Sheikh Arif Bulbon :Viewers’ choice popular actress, play director and playwright Rokeya Prachi has made a new drama serial. Title of the serial is Tobuo Manush Swapno Dekhey. Kamrul Ahsan wrote story of the serial. Rokeya Prachi has already finished shooting of 26 episodes of new serial. She has made the serial to telecast on Ekushey Television (ETV). After starting to air the serial on ETV, she will make more 26 episodes of this serial, she said.While sharing her feelings about the new serial Rokeya Prachi told this correspondent, “Story of the serial is nice. It is absolutely life-oriented story. But I am not fully satisfied with its making. I think I could make it more outstandingly. If the viewers enjoy watching the serial I will be glad. The actors who worked in this serial they performed their level best. I have also acted in the serial. In fact, I am not also satisfied about performance in the serial.”Recently Rokeya Prachi directed her first serial Selai Poribar was finished airing on Channel i. It became popular among the viewers. It may be mentioned that under Morshedul Islam’s direction Rokeya Prachi first acted in a film titled Dukhai. Her acting in the film was highly appreciated by all. Later Rokeya Prachi acted in Tareque Masud’s movies Matir Moina, Antorjatra, Golam Rabbani Biplab’s Swapnodanai, Britter Bairey, Anwar Shahadat’s Karigar, Goutam Ghosh’s Moner Manush, Sarwar Tomiz’s Chithi Ashey, Sakhawat Hossain’s Horijon and Ashraf Shishir’s Gariwala. Rokeya Prachi first made a TV play titled Lutfunnesa. Before this, she made a docu-fiction to cast Anwar Hossain and Rani Sarkar, which was aired on Channel i. Her written a play titled Ghotona Prashongik, which was made by Abul Hayat. Based on Language Movement of 1952, Rokeya Prachi made the cuntry’s only documentary titled 52-er Michhiley. Meanwhile, she is regularly acting in SA TV’s ongoing serial Porompora now, Rokeya Prachi said.
