Production of Matt Reeves’ The Batman has been halted only three days after recommencing. The sudden suspension is due to Robert Pattinson testing positive for Coronavirus, confirmed Deadline. Warner Bros issued a statement saying: “A member of The Batman production has tested positive for Covid-19, and is isolating in accordance with established protocols. Filming is temporarily paused.” No further information was provided by the studio in protecting their workers’ privacy. Shooting of the much anticipated film resumed in London this week after a five and a half month break for the lockdown.
