The city street from Tejgaon Saatrasta intersection to Karwan Bazar has been renamed ‘Mayor Annisul Huq Sarak’.
A press release of Dhaka North City Corporation dated January 28 said it.
The decision was taken in the 21st meeting of the Corporation held on December 11 in 2017.
The meeting also decided to rename the Baridhara Park Road as ‘Norodom Sihanuk Sarak’ and Gulshan-2 Central Park as ‘Shahid Tajuddin Ahmed Memorial Park’.
