Two students Rupdia Welfare Institute were killed as a tank lorry ran over their motorbike at around 1:30pm on Tuesday. The dead were identified as Sakil, 13, student of class -viii and son of Lutfar Rahman of Jjirat village and Himel, 12, student of class- vii and son of Abdullah Sheikh of Chaulia village under Jessore sadar upazila. Abu Sayeed, 12 student of class- vii, son of Rafiq Mia of Kachua village was wounded in the accident.
Abdullah Sheikh told newsmen that the accident took place at Padmabila on Jessore- Khulna Highway as a tank lorry ran over the motorbike in which the three were coming towards Jessore town.
