Digging up of roads ahead of the rainy season by different utility agencies one after another, instead of in a coordinated manner worsens city’s traffic congestion and makes movement of commuters difficult. Besides, such activities also invite water logging at different places of the capital. The picture shows on Tuesday there is a long tailback in the city’s Karwan Bazar area due to road digging.
