Chittagong Bureau :
In last 10 months since January last , a total numbers of 419 road accidents occurred in Chittagong city as elsewhere in the different upazilas of the district.
Bangladesh Jatri Kalayan in Samity(Bangladesh Passengers Welfare Association) in a press release informed.
It said atleast 419 incidents of road mishap occurred in last 10 months upto October last leaving 364 killed and 1778 wounded.
The press was told that highest incidents occurred in September last and lowest in March. According to that 64 incidents occurred in September and 27 in March last.
