One garments worker was murdered in stabbing by some miscreants while returning residence after working hours on Monday evening. The victim identified as Badiuzzaman (19). Badiuzzaman was working as a Ironman in a garments factory of Postarpar in Dewanhat area under Double mooring tha. na in city.
The miscreants indiscriminately stabbed the worker. He was immediately rushed to chittagong medical hospital where the doctors declared him dead. CMC Hospital police camp sources said the victim was brought in hospital with critical conditions just before Iftar by local people but the physicians declared him dead. The victim worker hails from Gachgaon village of Gaibanda district and son of one Shafiul Hoque, sources said.
None was arrested in connection, sources said.
