President of the school managing committee Justice Gourgopal Saha will inaugurate the daylong celebration by lighting 100 Pradip (lamp) at 9.30 in the morning.
Education Secretary M Nazrul Islam will be present at the discussion session of the inaugural function as the chief guest.
A colourful procession will be brought out in the city street marking the day.
A musical function of singer Subir Nandi will be held in the afternoon.
