Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has strongly condemned the ban on liquor in Bihar by the Nitish Kumar government. He says now he might skip travelling to the state. The Bihar government on Tuesday imposed a complete ban on sale of any kind of liquor in Bihar, making it the fourth dry state of the country after Gujarat, Manipur and Nagaland. Rishi took to Twitter on Thursday to share his feelings about the ban.
