UNB, Bagerhat :
A college student was killed and two other bike riders were injured in a head-on collision between two motorcycles in Amlapara area of the district town on Tuesday night. The deceased was identified as Rifat Hasan,16, a 2nd year student of Bagerhat Government Acharya Profulla Chandra Ray College. The injured Jitu Mallik,16, and Hasib Jaman,16, are also students of the same college.
Ali Azam Khan, officer-in-charge of Bagerhat Model Police Station, said a motorcycle collided head-on with another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction in the area in the evening, leaving three college students injured.
