So far, we’ve seen Kaushik Sen direct Riddhi on stage in various productions. Now, in a role reversal, the son has roped in his father for his directorial debut, Cold Fire. Based on Nabarun Bhattacharya’s story, the short film will also feature Somak Ghosh. “It is a matter of pride, as baba (Kaushik) genuinely liked the script,” said Riddhi, who has been working on the script for years. Riddhi said, “I had read the short story when I was very young and always wanted to work on it.”
