A minor child was crushed under the wheels of a rickshaw in Mugda area in the city on Firday.
The victim was Shimon, 4, hailed from Mugda in the city. He was the son of Amir Hossain.
Police said the accident took place at around 2:30 pm when Shimon crossing Manda Road along with his mother. He was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where the duty doctor declared him dead. A case was filed.
