Viewers’ choice popular actress Richi Solaiman and popular TV actress of present time Sharmin Zoha Shoshee’s home district is Rangpur. For this reason, besides professional attachment, there is a common mental understanding between them.
Earlier they had worked together in drama serials directed by Tonmoy Tansen and Golam Sohrab Dodul but for the first time Richi and Shoshee performed together in a single episode special play titled Aborton on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr. This play has been made from the adaptation of a foreign story. Directed by Morshed Himadri Himu and script of the play was also written by himself.
Last Friday shooting of the play Aborton was wrapped up at Anandabari in the city’s Uttara area. In the play, Richi and Shoshee performed in role of step-law.
While sharing her feelings about the play Richi told this correspondent, “In fact, Aborton is really a nice story. I have liked to work in this play. It is not a traditional story based play. Shoshee is my younger sister of own home district. She is very polite actress. I like her acting. I think viewers will enjoy our performances in the play.”
Actress Sharmin Zoha Shoshee shared her feelings by this way, “It is really a great opportunity for me to work with Richi Apu in a parallel role in the play. By acting with her I have learnt and known many things about acting from her. Personally I am fond of her. Her natural acting always attracts me.”
Hindol Roy will act in role of Richi-Shoshee’s husband in the play Aborton. It will go on air in any satellite channel on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr.
Now Richi and Shoshee are acting in Golam Sohrab Dodul’s directed a serial titled Palta Hawa, which will go on air on Banglavision soon.
On the occasion of coming Eid festival Richi acted in two plays under Rawnak Hassan’s direction. Under her own production a serial titled Jokhon Kokhono, directed by Rahmatullah Tuhin, will go on air soon. Richi acted and Rulin Rahman directed serial Mayar Khela is being telecasted on RTV now, Richi said.
On the other hand, Shoshe has already finished shooting of MI Jewel’s a play titled A Journey By Past. Therefore, her acted serial Khorkuta, directed by Salauddin Lavlu, is being telecasted on Banglavision now.
