Rangpur Foundry Limited (RFL) has approved 23 percent dividend for its shareholders for the year 2019-2020. The declaration came out at the comapany’s 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday through a digital platform, said a press release.

Abdus Salam FCA, Independent Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Finance), Kishor Kumar Debnath, Chief Financial Officer and Muhammad Aminur Rahman FCS, Company Secretary and shareholders’ of the company attended the AGM.
