Ex-Cadets Alumni Association of Bangladesh National Cadet Core (BNCC), Jagannath University (JnU) platoon organised its reunion of 2018 at National Art Gallery Auditorium of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy on Friday (26 October).
Prof Dr Mijanur Rahman, Vice Chancellor of JnU was the chief guest in the reunion program. In the speech as chief guest he said BNCC cadets are taking part in facing disasters, constructing infrastructures, serving mankind, assisting the civil administration, helping localities and various nation-building activities.
“Cadets of JnU BNCC are brightening the university’s image at national and international level by performing their duties with sincerity in the ,” he added.
He thanked ex- cadets to organize such a beautiful program, reminds the previous cadets whose represented Bangladesh on world stage and congratulates MD Shamim, Cadets Under Officer (CUO) of JnU BNCC platoon for being selected as a international delegates of 2018 to represent Bangladesh on world stage.
The reunion was chaired by ABM Shafikul Islam, Convenor of Ex-cadets alumni Association of JnUBNCC while Kazi Razib Uddin Ahmed Chapol, General Secretary of Bangladesh Archery Federation, Renowned social worker Md Lion Abdus Salam Chowdery were present as special guests in the reunion.
However, Syed Muhammad Sazzad Kabir, Assistant Professor of Psychology Department, Company Commender and Officer In-charge (PUO) of JnUBNCC, Shafikul Islam, Lecturer of Management Department, Platoon Commender and Professor Under Officer (PUO) of JnUBNCC Md Shamim, Cadet Under Officer(CUO) and Cadet In-Charge (Male), Sergeant Munni Akter Cadet In-charge(Female), Sergeant Motaher Mojumder, Sergeant Jahangir Alam Sujon of JnU BNCC platoon, different former and present cadets of JnU BNCC were present in reunion program.
