The results of the three matches of the Marcel LED Television First Division Handball League decided on Sunday.
In the day’s first match, Jatrabari Sports Academy edged past Puratan Bandura Nabin Setu Sangha by 26-22 goals at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium.
Jatrabari led the first half 13-11.
In the day’s second match, Satirtha Club defeated Mansoor Sporting Club by 18-11 goals at the same venue. Satirtha Club had a 9-4 goals lead in the first session.
In the day’s third match, Flame Boys Club beat Star Sports by 26-23 goals after finishing the first half with a 13-8 goals lead.
Today Purbachal Parishad will take on Star Sports at 2.00 pm while Flame Boys Club will face Jatrabari Sports Academy at 3.15 pm and Mansoor Sporting Club will meet Quantum Foundation at 4.30 pm at the same venue.
