National University (NU) on Monday published the results of the honours course admission test for the 2013-14 session amid allegation of manipulation of answer scripts.
Sources said that an official of the University’s Computer Department had made considerable changes in the answer sheets.
A member of the admission committee apprehended that many undeserving candidates might be unduly admitted to the university.
Eighty-three percent of the candidates have been
successful, 49 percent of them are females, a media statement from the university said.
Students can get their results through text messages. They will have to type NU followed by AT, give space and then will have to type again role number before sending it to 16222.
The results will be available on the university’s website (www.nu.edu.bd/admissions).
A total of 413,454 students sat for the admission test on December 27 in 2013.
In Bangladesh, 516 colleges have honours course in 30 subjects.
