In a major reshuffle in the lower judiciary, the Law Ministry on Wednesday transferred 63 judges. The Law Ministry ordered the transfers in three separate circulars on Wednesday.The transfers were made after soliciting the Supreme Court, the circulars noted.One of the circulars mentioned that Kishoreganj District and Sessions Judge AMM Syed has been posted to Bogra with the same capacity, while Sherpur District and Sessions Judge M Robiul Hasan has been transferred to Jhenidah.Mymensingh Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal Judge M Mozammel Haque has been appointed Sherpur District and Session Judge and Satkhira Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal Judge M Shahenur has been posted to the tribunal at Mymensingh. In another circular, the Law Ministry transferred 45 more District and Sessions Judges and their equivalents to new posts. Another circular of the ministry ordered the promotion of 14 officials – Joint District Judge and equivalents – as Additional District and Sessions Judges.
