Promising singer Reshmi Mirza is trying to establish her position in the field of music by her exceptional rendering style. She was top 10 contestants in music reality show, Power Voice 2012. Her first original track was Ninduker Mukhey Chhai Poruk, which lyrics were written by Iftekhar Sujon and tune was composed by Mir Masum. Later she debut solo album titled Reshmi O Mati, comprising 9 songs of the singer, was released under the banner of a leading audio production house. Reshmi claimed that due to mismanagement by that audio production house she withdrew her album from them. Now she is going to release five songs with music videos under the banner of TM Music.
Yamin Allan made three music videos while Shahrear Polock has made rest two videos. While talking about her five new songs Reshmi Mirza said, “I am very much hopeful about five music videos of my first album. These were made carefully. I am grateful to them who gave a lot of efforts for making these video songs. I lent my vocal for play-back song for Iftekhar Chowdhury-directed movie Action Jasmine. My last released song was Chhuiyachhi Chhuiyachhi, which was released under the banner of G-Series.”
Reshmi Mirza received training in music from her father Ustad Golam Rasul. Though Kushtia is her hometown but she was born in Khulna. May 22 is her birthday. She wants to pass her life with music only. She also got popularity to render songs Komolai Nrittyo Korey and Tomar Ghore Boshot Korey, which are being telecasted on GaanBangla TV.
