Bangladesh Jananetri Parishad President AB Siddiqi filed the case with the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Atiqur Rahman on February 2 last year. The court then asked the Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Gulshan Police Station to investigate the matter and submit a report.
