After 25 years popular band Renaissance’s song Hridoy kada mati has been remade. On BTV, this song has been rendered by 10 singers in popular magazine show Poriborton. Sabbir, Parvez, Apu Aman, Khairul Wasi, Mehrab, Yusuf Ahmed Khan, Shamim, Pulock, Sunbeam and Samrat rendered the song for the magazine.
Singer and director Sujon Arif has composed the song in new way.
After audio recording, shooting of the song was done on July 13 at BTV’s auditorium. While talking about re-make of the song host and director of the magazine Anzam Masud said, “Renaissance’s this song is not only my favourite but also for everybody. It has been re-maked for its liking. New generation singers have rendered the song. I believe it will be enjoyable for the listeners and viewers. To re-make the song, I have taken necessary permission from leader of the band, singer and director Naquib Khan.”
It is noted that the song took place in Renaissance’s album Tritiyo Bishwo released in 1993. Shahid Mahmud Jongi wrote lyrics of the song while Naquib Khan composed its tune and music. This episode of Poriborton will be aired soon on BTV.
