Reminiscence on Liberation War held at Raozan Bijoy Mela

Reminiscence on Liberation War of 1971 was held at the Bijoy Mela mancha of Raozan on Sunday .
The Chief Guest on the occasion, founder of Nirapad Sarak chai and noted film personality Elias Kanchan said the dream of the father of the nation Bangabandu was to go ahead the country in all respects and we should be more awarded and dedicated to fulfill the dreams of the great leader Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. He also emphasizes the need of Nirapad Sarak .
He said nation achieved independence in the month of December and we need one more victory against unwanted deaths in road accidents.
He mentioned about the deaths in road mishaps which exceeds the deaths of Syrian war and incurred losses of about 40,000 crores and this huge amount may be used in healthcare and education sector easily if such unwanted accidents are prevented.
 Raozan Upazila Awami League President Abdul Wahab presided over it and it was attended by Panel Mayor and Secretary of Bijoy Mela Committee Zamiruddin Parvez, General Secretary of Poura Chhatra League Md. Asif, noted columnist Showkat Bangalee.
 Special guests on the occasion were Upazila Chairman Ehsanul Haider Chowdhury, UNO Jonaid Kabir Sohag, Officer- In-Charge of Raozan thana Kefayetullah, AL Advisor Shah Alam Chowdhury, Azad Hossain of Nirapad Sarak Chai, Editor of Slogan Patrika Jahiruddin, Senior Vice President of Upazila AL Anowarul Islam were present.
At the end of reminiscence , Central Boys of Raozan distributed blankets among destitutes in observance of their annual founding anniversary.
