A five-day long housing fare is set kick off in the city from 23 December with high hope of transactions.
REHAB (Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh) authority is the sole organizer of the ‘REHAB Fair 2015’.
The announcement came from a press conference organised by the REHAB at a city hotel on Saturday.
REHAB Vice-President Rabiul Haque said the duration of the fair will be for five days from 23 to 27 December aiming to promote the country’s real-estate sector and it will remain open to visitors from 10 am to 9 pm.
He said “It’s an effort to introduce new products with the customers. This fair will give them ideas and help them plan to buy plots and apartments.”
He said any government decision in favour of the sector encourages both the customers and people involved in this business.
He said they are expecting a good show with a larger participation of customers that will help us promote our products.
‘The REHAB with the help of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha will strongly monitor the fair to prevent display of unauthorised projects to the interested customers,’ he said.
A total of 150 companies will participate in the fair this session while 16 organisations will be there as co-sponsors.
