Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury Javed said prolong clouds on real estate business removed from very beginning of current year under present govt led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina . He said the life of real estate business not so long by the beginning was bright. But it faces challenges thereafter. He also hoped bright future of this sector in future.
He disclosed it while addressing the inaugural session of 4 day long REHAB fair at Hotel Radison Blue in the port city yesterday as Chief Guest.
Land Minister said following brave efforts of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina this sector brightened with new horizon during her 10 years dynamic leadership. He said Bangladesh fulfilled the MDG of UNO in the meantime and processing to fulfill the SDG in coming days. Saifuzzaman Chowdhury has requested the Real estate developers to fix the flats at a affordable price as the mid class people can purchase flat easily with minimum installments.
The minister also asked the scheduled bank to lend loan to the people irrespective of status to borrow loan for purchasing flats with easy installment and less bank interests. The minister mentioning the rating of developers said in every business there are good and bad.
Every developer should have membership of REHAB . Now it is witnessed that every developer claim them as member of REHAB. The minister asked the REHAB authority to enroll the developers as member with category and any complaints against any developer should be enquired instantly. Among others, President of REHAB Alamgir Shamsul Alamin, Vice President and Co-chairman of Fair Committee Kamal Masud and Vice president and Chairman of Regional committee Chattogram Abdul Kaiyum Chowdhury spoke in the inaugural ceremony. Minister inaugurated the fair by cutting ribbon later as Chief Guest.
