The realtors have got spot orders of Tk 1433.50 crore during a 5-day Winter Fair-2016 of the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (Rehab) ended in Dhaka yesterday.
In addition, 520 flats and 145 plots worth Tk 416 crore and Tk 72.50 crore have been sold respectively. Besides, 14 commercial space of Tk 28 crore and bank commitment of 917 crore have been found assurance, said a press release.
Apart from the sales, a total of 175 companies participated in the fair at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre.
“There was a great enthusiasm in the fair where 24921 people visited,” said a press release.
Earnings from entry ticket selling will be spent for the welfare of the poor people. The results of raffle draw have been published in the Rehab website.
Presence of good number of visitors at the fair raised new hopes among the sector people, the statement said.
