The regional training of South Asian Water (SAWA) fellows on ‘Interdisciplinary Research: Concepts and Methodologies’ under IDRC SAWA fellowship programme began on Thursday at a city hotel here at Gulshan. The five-day long training will end on December 22, 2014. Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) Khaleda Ekram inaugurated the programme as the chief guest with Director of Institute of Water and Flood Management (IWFM), BUET Professor Dr GM Tarekul Islam in the chair.
