It is not a rumour. After Chorabali, National Film Award winner director Redoan Rony is coming with his new film titled Ice Cream soon for the viewers.
A group of new performers will be seen in the film. Though Rony earlier decided to cast popular faces in his new film but this time he has changed his decision. He wants to keep his confidence on the newcomers. While talking in this regard Redoan Rony told this correspondent, “There were many star performers in my last directed film Chorabali. But now I want to show something new with these newcomers.”
In Ice Cream, three newcomers – Tutsi, Raz and Udoy – will perform in three lead roles. “These three performers earlier didn’t act in any film. They are now under grooming session for last three months under my coordination. They are very promising. I believe they have an ability to become superstars in our film industry.”
The full unit of Ice Cream will go to St Martin on March 5 for shooting. They will continue shooting there for five days at a time.
Ice Cream will be based on a romantic story for the present time’s young generation. It will be produced under the banner of Ping Pong Entertainment. Its shooting is scheduled to be wrapped up in the middle of April, Redoan Roni said.
It may be mentioned that Redoan Roni’s Chorabali got give national film awards in five categories including Best Actress, Best Villain and Best Dialogue last year.
