Aubergine Salad
Ingredients:
Take one large Aubergine (Brinjal)
About 2 tbsp of olive oil
Juice of half a Lemon
Salt as per taste
2 chopped Tomatoes
Method:
Firstly, you need to bake the aubergine at 350 degree F for 10 minutes.
Afterwards, peel the skin from aubergine.
Smash it properly and add oil, salt and lemon juice.
Mix it well and garnish with chopped tomatoes.
Aubergine salad is ready to serve.

Masala papad

Ingredients:
3-4 lizzat papads (roasted/fried)
2 small tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
1 small cucumber (finely chopped)
A few strands of coriander (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Take a bowl and mix all the cut vegetables. Add the coriander, lemon juice, chilli powder and chaat masala. Then add salt.
Spread this mixture on the roasted/fried papads. Serve immediately.

Creamed Cabbage
Ingredients:
Need 4 cups of chopped cabbage
Take 1 red shredded onion
1 minced garlic clove
Around 1½ cups of cream
Need salt as per taste
White pepper
2 tsps of sugar
1 tbsp of lemon juice

Method:
Take cabbage, along with onion, garlic and cream in a skillet and set to boil.
Thereafter, cook on low flame for 10 minutes, or until well cooked.
Stir occasionally.
Mix in sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer into a serving platter and garnish with ling on berry jam.
The dish is ready to serve.
