Strawberry Shake
Ingredients:
8 Strawberries (hulled)
½ cup milk (skimmed)
½ cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp white sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 crushed ice cubes (crushed)
Procedure:
Blend together strawberries, milk, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla in a blender till smooth. Then, add the ice cubes. Till the drink turns smooth an creamy, keep blending the drink. Serve it chilled
Lemon Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
Take about 550 gm of lemon cake mix.
We need around 100gms of instant lemon pudding mix.
Also, ¾ cups of vegetable oil.
And about four eggs.
1 cup lemon-lime flavored Carbonated beverage.
Method:
Firstly, you must preheat the oven to 325°F.
Then put butter and flour in a bundt pan.
Followed by blending together the cake mix, pudding mixes and oil in a bowl.
The comes the turn of eggs which need to be put in the bowl one after one, beating continuously.
After that pour in lemon-lime soda and stir it well.
Once this done, transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
What follows is baking it in the preheated oven at 325°F for 35 minutes, then check with the toothpick test, if it’s done.
If yes, then remove the dish from oven and let it cool.
Slice it up nicely and your dish is ready to serve.
Banana Chaat
Ingredients:
3-4 bananas
1 tsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Chaat Masala:
Procedure:
Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. Now add lemon juice, salt and chaat masala. Mix well and serve.
