Rural Electrification Board is working to bring 90 percent household under electricity connection by 2018.
REB’s staffs of all levels are working hard to implement the target in line with the Prime Minister’s Vision 2021, a press release said.
In every month REB is providing connection to a big number of consumers for implementing the slogan “Sheikh Hasinar Uddog, Ghore Ghore Bidyut”.
REB brought under electricity connection around 1.75 crore consumers of 79 Samities of its across the country by 2016.
REB Chairman Major General Moin Uddin and the employees of the entities are working delicately to bring 90 percent people under electricity connection by 2018 and to implement the vision 2021, the press release said.
