Rear Admiral M Ashraful Haque, NUP, NDC, AFWC, PSC has been appointed as the Chief of Bangladesh Coastguard. He will take over on February 10.
Ashraful joined the Bangladesh Navy in 1982.
He completed Staff Course and War Course from the Defence Service Command, Staff College, National Defence College in the city’s Mirpur.
Besides, he completed Senior Staff Course from Public Sector Training Institute.
