Taking care of health in hot summer days

The increase in global temperature has brought a severe impact on our country. The daily life of the masses is in grave trouble due to the absence of rainfall for consecutive days and excessive heat across the country. The situation has turned unbearable, especially for children, women, and the elderly.
The appearance of health hazards such as fever, sneezing, coughing, vomiting, dehydration, heatstroke, urine infection, diarrhea, dysentery, scabies, and measles are particularly getting noticeable due to the effects of ongoing severe heat.
In this stuffy summer, green coconut water, glucose, saline, seasonal fresh fruit, and lemon juice will be significantly helpful in protecting health by filling the body’s dehydration. Besides, it is important to reduce the amount of daily tea and coffee consumption, increase the amount of vitamin C intake, take a balanced diet instead of high protein food and afford various vegetables like cucumber, tomato, capsicum, gourd, pumpkin, lettuce leaves and green leaves in the everyday diet. Moreover, it is imperative to wear light-colored cotton clothes, sunscreen, and sunglasses while going outside in the midday sun.

Chemical is being mixed with a variety of foods, of which formalin is the most widely used. Vegetables, fruits, fish, oil, puffed rice and dairy foods are being adulterated.
Greedy businessmen need to be warned.
