The sleep that does not come in the eyes of thousands of attempts, again someone is deliberately keeping himself away from this sleep and giving time to other work, many of which may be unreasonable. As a result, we are becoming nocturnal animals. And as a result we are creating various physical, mental and nervous diseases. The main reason for this problem of the present generation is the addiction to mobile phones. The younger generation thinks the use of this mobile phone is more important than sleep.
The two main problems with sleep are insomnia and hypersomnia. These sleep problems can lead to a variety of problems, including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Statistics show that 50 to 60 million Americans suffer from some form of sleep disorder, and about 35 percent of American adults get less than seven hours of sleep per night. Inadequate sleep also increases the risk of road accidents, work accidents and complex diseases. People who wake up early in the morning are much more likely to die prematurely than those who wake up early in the morning. This sleep problem is linked to suicide. The effects of insufficient sleep can lead to mood swings and mood swings. The problem of sleep is now on everyone’s shoulders like an epidemic. From the elderly to the young children and at present this problem is not being saved. The effects of insufficient sleep fall directly on our brain. A study by Harvard Medical found that those who slept five hours a night had a 15 percent increased risk of death.
However, sleeping more hours instead of six to seven hours is not a good night’s sleep, but six to seven hours of sleep should be a good way. Everyone needs to be aware of this problem in order to protect the future. As a silent killer, it is disrupting the ongoing process of everyone’s beautiful life. The results are not visible but can easily ruin a beautiful life and bring irresistible results.
