Medicine is so essential element of human life. But it matter of regret that in Bangladesh obtaining abundant counterfeit, expired drugs in the pharmacy. On the other hand, selling machines are increasing gradually. if people get a slight cold, sneezing, runny nose, cough, and fever, as a result, they take medicine to release it, Because of fearing of coronavirus. Apart from the advice of doctors, people are buying medicine from the pharmacy. Nothing reassuring, General people don’t know which medicine is counterfeit, adulterate, and deleterious for health. This opportunity is taken by some devious trades. Further, people are facing a dilemma situation for taking expired and counterfeit medicine. Firstly, low-level and counterfeit medicine is so detrimental to health. Secondly, those who are taking medicine, are harmed financially. Those who produce counterfeit medicine, that are a crime. it is a matter of grief that, though illicit, counterfeit medicine is selling in our country, it seems no authority to notice this. The medicine administration is negligent and incautious in this issue. But there should be imposed penalty and authority should commence the operation were everywhere and ensure explore penalty so that anyone won’t fancy making counterfeit medicine and abdicate from the supply. In other Developing counties aren’t being seen, counterfeit, substandard medicine. That is banned to sell. Apart from competent doctors’ prescriptions, no one can sell and supply medicine. But in Bangladesh’s perspective, there has also a massive hazard that is nothing but doctors prescribe some companies medicine for his profit.
In a world, Our countries medicines system is not reasonable. The health ministry should more conscious and take steps for erasing counterfeit medicine.
