Law Of Inheritance
The first word of the first revelation to the Prophet Muhammad (Sm) was Ikra (Ref: Sura Alaq, Verse No.1). According to the English dictionary, Ikra means read, study, research and investigation. That is why Allah has stressed on wisdom and debate in the best manner while calling unto the way of Him. (Ref: Sura Nahl, Verse No.125).
Learning and wisdom are very much necessary to establish justice in individual, family and social life. It is being found nowadays that the adult children are forcing their parents to submit to their unlawful demand or to die. Awkwardly, the parents also are killing their little children to file cases against the targeted persons, and forcing them to yield to the immoral activities.
The females, particularly the daughters are subjected to the oppression of different categories. They are being deprived of their shares in the paternal and the maternal properties. There are few in our society to stand by the deprived daughters. We must know that according to Verse No.38 of Sura Al Ahzab, the Command of Allah is a Decree, which is absolute. Whoso will contest the verse, the painful punishment is sure.
As per the dignity of relationship, parents, spouses, children, and their children belong to the first category; brothers, sisters and grand parents are of second category, and paternal and maternal uncles and aunts are of third category.
A relative of the second category cannot supersede the relative of the second category.

Conservation Of Nature Must
A pollution-free and balanced environment is required to live a healthy normal life.
The amount of forest land in Bangladesh now is only 7 to 8 per cent. The forest is being cleared for public and private interests too.
Therefore, it is necessary to conserve nature to protect the environment.
It will be possible to maintain ecological balance by conserving nature through extensive adoption of tree planting programs and projects, proper management of natural resources, implementation of environmental laws enacted by the constitution and public awareness.
