Vaccinate Students On Urgent Basis

Due to the ongoing pandemic situation, our education system has fallen into the most fragile condition. Though there is some dynamism in the economic and political sectors, but the education sector is completely stagnant for over half and a year.
It is now imperative to open the educational institutions with no delay to restore the education system of the country. In that case all students should be vaccinated as soon as possible. It is the wish of all students and parents that students will get their classes back in no time. The silence of the educational institutions would be delightful by the footsteps of students.

Informal workers must be paid well

Bangladesh positioned last among the countries paying minimum wages in the Asia-Pacific region as per the Global Wage Report 2020-21. According to the ILO, in terms of production capacity, workers in the informal sectors in Bangladesh get lower wages than any other country in the world.
Our informal workers have better productivity and they produce more even though they remain ill-paid. If reasonable wages are paid, workers will work harder, which will benefit both the industries and the owners. Therefore, the authorities concerned and the owners should rethink the issue of determining worthy wages.
