Caring For Elderly People
Elderly persons are physically vulnerable, mentally discontinuous, and emotionally suppressed in our society. They need extra care to defend against the disease and to cope up with daily mundane activities. This time a healthy dietary menu can play a pivotal role to keep their body healthy, while sufficient sleeping hours and adequate rest needed for both their physical and mental well-being.
We have to be sympathetic, cordial, compassionate, and friendly to the elderly ones in the family and facilitate their survival in the bond of mutual love and dependency. We have to change our mindset holistically towards senior citizens to be treated well in all settings.

So-Called Human Rights Of The Western World!
Israel is considered as an upstart country in the Middle East. The state is basically the result of an Anglo-American conspiracy and manymen believe that it is an illegitimate state that has no moral value. This Zionist state has always been violating human rights by getting chance from influential western countries of the world including the United States. This time too, the United States has favored the Israeli massacre and heinous acts silently. Surprisingly, the United States, which has been widely accused of human rights abuses, giving advice to the people of the world about democracy and human rights, is now patronizing Israel instead of condemning the indiscriminate killing of innocent Palestinians by firing like a bird and firing missiles. The United Nations has called symbolic wsy on both sides to remain calm. It doesn’t bother much to barbaric Israel and continues to shoot and kill unarmed and innocent Palestinians and destroy various installations. Their indifference to such barbaric attacks on unarmed Palestinians has shocked the world. Such barbarism is considered unbelievable in this age. We strongly condemn and condemn the genocide and killing of these innocent people. The infernal genocide that Israel is carrying out on unarmed people, including women and children, is due to the indulgence of its allies, including the United States. Most of the western media is following the same policy. Their allies and well-educated human rights organizations are pretending not to see Israel’s brutality, their conscience and the true nature of so-called human rights are now being exposed! Their conscience is now alive with the triumph of genocide!!
