The auspicious month has arrived, Victory Day will be celebrated on December 16 but there is no happiness in our minds, instead we are enveloped in great sadness as the country is passing through a very difficult time.
Every day news of unnatural deaths, recovering of bodies, rapes, people missing mysteriously reach us. Law and order is in shambles. Many families are passing their days in deep agony waiting for their loved ones who are the victims of forced disappearances.
