Poor toilet and restaurant facilities at ferry ghat
Congestion at the Daulatdia – Paturia ferry ghat is a common occurrence, caused mainly by the Padma river. When such gridlock prevails passengers, particularly women and children, face severe inconveniences due to lack of proper toilet facilities and the availability of healthy food. It is worse during holiday seasons such as Eid and other occasions.
I request the concerned authorities to come forward to solve these problems as soon as possible.
